Lighthouse Pointe is located on St. Francis Road between La Grange and 84th Avenue in Frankfort, Illinois. Once completed, there will be 152 homes in our subdivision.
We have over 90 acres of land with walking paths that will be maintained by the Frankfort Square Park District once fully developed.
We are part of the Frankfort Summit Hill School District #161. We are also part of the Lincoln Way Community High School District #210.
