I would like to construct a new home in Lighthouse Pointe.  What is the process requirements?
 
For new construction please fill out the New Construction ARC form which can be obtained by clicking here.  Once completed please send (along with additional required information as outlined on the fome) to one of the following:

What are the annual assessments?
 
In 2018 the annual assessment was $250 and was due in March.
 
Who are the Board of Directors?
 
The Board of Directors consists of six (6) Lighthouse Pointe residents who volunteer their time for the betterment of our subdivision.  They are as follows:
 
Rob Jonker - President
Don Matthews - Vice President
Heather Roethle - Secretary
Brian Mazur - Director
Matin Walthier - Treasurer
 
 
Who is the Association Manger?
 
Andrew Wright of Clavio Law Offices-Property Management.   Andrew is a state licensed Property Manager (CAM).  He manages numerous associations in the Southwest Suburbs.  Andrew can be reached at andrew@claviolaw.com or by phone/text at 630-728-4769.
 
I want to make enhancements to the exterior of my home (fence, patio, pool etc).  What is the process?
 
Residents should fill out and follow all the instuctions on the ARC Submission Form (non new construction) which can be obtained by clicking here.  Once completed please forward to property manager Andrew Wright.
 
 
What mailboxes are approved?
 
There are two approved types of mailboxes in Lighthouse Pointe.  
 
Residents may choose to build a brick mailbox.  Residents are reminded that brick mailboxes require ARC approval.  The form may be accessed by clicking here.  Residents will need to provide a drawiing/picture along with the form to the ARC Committee.  Please send the completed form and picture/drawing to andrew@claviolaw.com.
 
The other option is to purchase a Gaines Manufacturing Keystone mailbox at either Alsip Nursery or Home Depot.  Delivery may take up to two weeks.
